Product Description
This machine is an articulated self-propelled grader suitable for large-scale ground leveling work in foundation engineering. It can also be used for digging trenches, scraping slopes, bulldozing, loosening soil, snow removal and other work. It is a multi-purpose, high-efficiency and modern construction equipment for building high-grade highways, railways, airports, ports, dams, industrial sites and farmland leveling.

ΔThe power configuration is equipped with Cummins or Weichai National III diesel engines, which have strong power and reliable performance;
ΔThe torque converter and gearbox produced by Germany's Chevrolet technology are integrated. The front 6 and rear 3 speed gears meet various working conditions during operation and driving;
ΔA drive axle with a built-in "NO-SPIN" tooth embedded free wheel anti-skid differential and a heavy-duty roller chain transmission balance box, a box type swing steering front axle, and can tilt tires;
ΔAdopting the popular swing arm linkage mechanism operating device from abroad, equipped with a maintenance free rolling disc rotary device as standard. The dual oil cylinder can control the digging angle of the shovel blade according to the different soil hardness;
ΔTwo sets of imported HUSCO five way control valves, a convenient and sensitive hydraulic control system, equipped with an imported shovel lifting hydraulic balance valve, and a unique hydraulic pin pulling device that is the first of its kind in China;
ΔBy adopting a central articulated mechanism and a deflectable steering front wheel, the whole machine can achieve crab walking;
ΔAdopting an accumulator braking system, four-wheel high-efficiency caliper disc service brake, and equipped with an internal expansion shoe parking brake;
ΔAll operations are controlled by hydraulic control, with a complete instrument monitoring system and maintenance free OPTIMA battery;
ΔOptional front bulldozer and rear loosener.
